Southbridge Neighborhood in Waunakee Wisconsin

News & Events

Kindly send any current neighborhood news, events and we will post it for the benefit of our Southbridge neighbors.

Please Hide Trash Cans from Street View

We would appreciate neighbors making every effort to have their trash and recycle bins hidden from street view between pickups. We are fortunate to have large garages where bins can be stored when not placed outside for Thursday pickups.  We have a very beautiful neighborhood and small items like this do make a difference. Thank you!

Mailboxes & Post Upkeep

Do you need a mailbox post installed or replaced?  Contact Dwayne #220-8754. All mailbox posts should be stained when needed, not painted. To keep uniformity within the HOA, please choose a medium brown stain.

The original Southbridge plat, Ashlawn and Piedmont additions do not have uniform mailboxes, though they do have uniform posts which are stained cedar brown.  However the Blue Ridge and Kilkenny additions do have the same mailboxes and posts.  Replacement mailboxes for those neighborhoods can be found here.

Welcome to our updated Southbridge Website.  Please note that there are now two separate Home Owners' Associations for the three different sections of Southbridge.  You will find both in our Menu across the top of this website:  Southbridge HOA, Blue Ridge & Kilkenny HOA.  Please refer to the Documents and Maps page for each addition to find Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Covenants and Maps.  You will find currently serving HOA Committee members for all three neighborhoods, as well as meeting minutes and financial information (as they become available) under Board of Directors for each neighborhood.

Thank You
