2012 SOUTHBRIDGE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE REMINDERS:
As the summer season nears we would like to remind you of the following:
- Storage of boats, travel trailers, campers, and other recreational vehicles within the Property is prohibited unless kept inside garages.
- All permanent outdoor firepits must be approved by the ARC and the Homeowner must have the required City permits. For the safety of the Homeowner and neighboring homes, a Homeowner should check with the Fire department regarding any codes and restrictions to portable firepits.
- Due to the volume of roofing contractors throughout the neighborhood, we are requesting that you remind your contractors that parking of commercial vehicles overnight is prohibited and that all construction materials are to be cleared from street at the end of the day, as well as secured from blowing into neighboring yards. In addition, Contractor signage is prohibited in Southbridge. (Section 3.22 of Covenants allows for the following: signs erected by Realtor regarding property for sale; signs erected by Developer; and informational and directional signs which are permitted by the Village of Waunakee.)
